1. How can I get a custom product made?

Feel free to reach out to us by email at bclasering@gmail.com. Please provide as much information as possible. Ex. Size, quantity, colour, etc.

2. What is your turn around time? 

​

It ranges between 2-4 weeks depending the time of year and complexity of the project.

3. How much is shipping?

​

We offer flat rate shipping of $15 within Ontario and $20 across Canada through Canada Post.

4. Can I pick up?

​

Yes you can!! We are located in Kitchener, Ontario. This option is available at checkout.

5. What are your return/exchange policies?

​

We work with our customers on a case by case basis. If you have concerns about your products please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product. Please send us an email to bclasering@gmail.com and include your name, detailed description of the concern, and pictures.

6. What can I get engraved?

​

We work with you as best we can to find an engraving that you will love. However, we will not engrave anything that is trademarked or copywritten.
